Does the noise cancelling work in wired mode for Srhythm NiceComfort 35 (2nd Gen) headphone?

Yes,noise cancelling can be controlled separately when using 3.5mm or type-c audio cable.The noise cancelling also can be controlled independently when Bluetooth is off- so you can use the noise cancellation function even without turning on Bluetooth

How to fold the headphone properly to avoid breakage – especially for the joint?

Please kindly pay attention to the folding direction shown in the user manual. Don’t rotate or fold the headphone in the opposite direction by over 5KG weight. Wrong direction or excessive force may damage the headphone.

Why can not my NiceComfort 35 (2nd Gen) headphone connect to Srhythm app?

Please try to delete “Srhythm NC35” on app on other devices when using Srhythm app first. For detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual. If still have questions, pls tell us.

Why won’t the headphones turn on? how do I reset the NiceComfort 35 (2nd Gen) headphones?

1. Charing it to be full power

2. Delete or ignore “Srhythm NC35” from your devices before reconnection

3. Reset the headphone: press and hold the multifunction button for 8 seconds to reconnect

How to care for protein leather earpads and headband to extend their life?

For quick and safe cleaning, gently wipe them with a soft cloth lightly dampened with a small amount of mild detergent (such as shower gel). Then, wipe again with a clean, damp cloth to remove any residue. Finally, dry thoroughly with a dry cloth.
